1. How do you deliver your delightful creations?

All my goodies are delivered straight to your door by the trusty Royal Mail 2nd Class. 🚚✨ Orders are typically processed and shipped 1-2 business days after they are placed. Whether it’s a card that’s too punny to pass up or a gift that’s just perfect, you can expect it to arrive swiftly and in style.

2. Are your cards ethically sourced?

Absolutely! All of my cards are made from ethically sourced materials because the planet deserves a bit of love too. 🌍💕 

3. Do your cards come with an envelope?

Of course! Every card you order comes with its own charming envelope, ready to carry your heartfelt (or hilarious) message. 💌 And remember, good things come in pairs—like a card and its envelope, or bun and cheese. 🧀😉

4. What’s your policy on plastic packaging?

In a word: nope! I don’t do plastic packaging. All of my products are sent to you wrapped in eco-friendly materials. It’s all about keeping the earth happy while keeping your cards looking fabulous. I keep it green and clean!🌱

5. Can I return a used card?

Well, as much as I’d love to help, once you’ve poured your heart out (or scribbled a joke) on one of my cards, it’s yours to keep! No refunds on used cards—I mean, we can’t put the wit back in the pen, right? ✍🏽😜

6. What if my card arrives with a typo?

If a typo sneaks past me and onto your card, please let me know! I’ll gladly replace it with a new one or send you a refund, because everyone deserves a card that’s right on the mark. (Unless the typo is your joke, in which case, well played! 😏) 

7. Do you take custom orders?

Oh, you bet I do! If you’ve got a specific design or idea in mind, I’m all ears. 🎨✨ Just drop me a message, and let’s create something uniquely you.

8. Why don’t you use glitter on your cards?

Glitter might be sparkly, but it’s also a bit like a house guest who never leaves. 😅 I keep things clean, simple, and eco-friendly—so no glitter bombs here, just good old-fashioned charm.

9. How do refunds work?

For approved returns, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of its arrival at my shop. 💳✨ The charges placed on your card will be credited to you at that time. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected, depending on your payment provider's processing times. So, sit tight—your refund is on its way! ⏳😊
