2.3. Please ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Delivery

4.1. We offer delivery within the UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

4.2. For international orders, we will dispatch your order within 2 working days, but we cannot predict international delivery times.

4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

4.4. Shipping costs will be added to your order total and will be displayed at checkout.

5.4. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6.1. Personalised products are made to your specifications and cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

6.2. Please ensure all personalised details are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors in personalised text or design provided by the customer.
